Our client, a dynamic high-growth business, is looking for a Training Operations Coordinator to join their Training Operations Team on a permanent, part-time basis. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of courses/training and deliver the best possible service to customers. To be considered for this role you will need to have experience in a training or education environment, be educated to degree level, and have a solution-focused approach to work.

The role involves working from home, with intermittent travel to the head office in Newton Abbot.

Responsibilities include: -

  • Coordinate the smooth running of all courses from an operational perspective and liaise with trainers, delegates, venues, and suppliers
  • Organise the distribution of training materials to trainers
  • Process course paperwork and bookings for customers
  • Monitor course material stock levels
  • Ensure the smooth handover of delegate follow-up to the Membership Services Team
  • Assist with the collation and analysis of training management information
  • Schedule courses and capacity planning
  • Administrating the E-Learning platform – Moodle – including monitoring submissions/task completion and offer support to delegates where required
  • Manage the planning/administration of Zoom platform
  • Support customers on their training journey, providing clear and accurate information to ensure they receive the best possible service

Requirements: -

  • Experience in a training or education environment
  • Educated to degree level
  • Previous experience of administrating Moodle and Zoom
  • Experience of using a CRM system
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and be solution-focused
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, having strong analytical skills, and an ability to think proactively
  • Demonstrate an optimistic outlook
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and multitask, whilst being confident to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
