With over a decade of experience, they are known for providing practical tools, guidance, and resources to help industry stakeholders address climate and environmental challenges.

The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Operations Administrator to provide essential cover during a 3-month sabbatical. This part-time role offers a varied workload, supporting core operations, events, internal communications, and team coordination.

Responsibilities of the Temporary Operations Administrator:

  • Support the planning and logistics of major events, including accommodation, ticketing, and travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
  • Help manage internal communications, including email and phone enquiries, website updates, and newsletters
  • Assist with general operational tasks such as ordering supplies, event materials, and project admin support

Requirements of the Temporary Operations Administrator:

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, preferably in remote or small-team environments
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using digital tools including Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and video conferencing platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Package: 

  • £15.51 per hour, 3-month temporary contract
  • Remote working
  • 4 days a week (30 hours) fewer hours would be considered
  • Flexible working arrangements and expense reimbursement for travel.
