Their fast-paced executive office works at the heart of a mission-driven environment, liaising with high-profile stakeholders and supporting organisational governance at the highest level.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Executive Support, the Executive Assistant will provide seamless, high-level administrative support to the senior leadership team. This is a busy and varied position, requiring attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel, accommodation, and meetings for executive directors
- Provide governance support, including agenda preparation, paper distribution, and minute taking for Board and committee meetings
- Act as liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including executive assistants of partner organisations
- Support senior staff with complex meeting arrangements and promote self-management of admin tasks
Key Requirements of the Executive Assistant:
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Expertise in managing governance activities and stakeholder communications
- Excellent multitasking, diary management, and IT skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach
- High levels of discretion, flexibility, and the ability to build professional relationships at all levels
