Our client, a leading law firm in Plymouth, is looking for a Telephonist to join them on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a Telephonist, you will be:
- receiving and initiating calls in a prompt and efficient manner
- providing an active role within the team to create a smooth services
- presenting the company in a courteous way whilst transferring calls appropriately
