Team Administrator responsibilities include: -
- Assist with answering queries and resolving issues for BDT, Internal Sales, and House Accounts
- Work with the Pricing Manager to maintain relationships with House Accounts which will include problem-solving, managing large orders and ensuring orders are shipped efficiently
- Set up pricing deals, carriage deals and oversee layering accounts
- Manage customer rebate schemes as agreed by the Pricing Manager and Director of Sales
Team Admininstrator requirements: -
- Experience of working in a busy Customer Service based environment
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
- A calm, efficient manner, and a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions in a timely manner
