As Team Administrator, you will be joining an innovative professional services firm with offices across the globe.
Team Administrator responsibilities include: -
- Provide proactive administrative support to the team
- Arrange travel bookings/accommodation and prepare detailed itineraries
- Assist with organising team events, seeking cost-effective options, obtaining relevant approvals, and maintaining a list of final costs
- Assist with supplier and contractor invoice coding and processing to facilitate efficient review and payment
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
Team Administrator requirements include: -
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, making decisions where necessary, and able to prioritise workload
- Able to draft correspondence on behalf of Director
- Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clients
- Down to earth, fun, proactive, enjoying working in a collaborative and open culture
