Summary:
Cathedral Appointments is looking to recruit a Solicitor to join the Social Housing & Regeneration team of a well-respected law firm based in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE within Real Estate/Commercial Property/Residential Property and will be looking to join the firm at either Solicitor or Associate level.
What will you be doing as a Social Housing & Regeneration Solicitor?
- You will focus predominantly on social housing and regeneration development work dealing with a client base comprising of national housing associations, charities and local authorities.
- You will be responsible for dealing with complex high quality, high value work and will be afforded high levels of responsibility from the outset
- You will play an important role in business development and be focused on developing the firms’ social housing and regeneration department
Skills/Qualifications of a Social Housing & Regeneration Solicitor:
- You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, ideally gained within the Real Estate sector. Experience or exposure within Social Housing would be an advantage but is not essential
- You will be an excellent communicator with proven technical and organisational skills, and you will be accustomed to working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines
- You will be able to demonstrate your ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients, and show a genuine commitment to their business needs
