Senior Marketing Specialist
- Salary: up to £38K per year DOE
- Hours: 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday
- Office based (Exeter) but with the option to work from home up to 40% if preferred.
Our Client is looking for the Ideal candidate to be the second-in-command within their dynamic, talented and award winning Marketing team. The Senior Marketing Specialist will be a direct support to the Marketing Manager in keeping the marketing team happy and healthy, as well as helping to ensure the entire marketing operation functions to maximum creativity and efficiency. The Senior marketing specialist will also line manage the direct marketing team (currently with two new, open roles).
Senior Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Managing Email marketing calendar and overseeing implementation
- Design and develop direct mail and SMS suite to accommodate key touchpoints for prospect and existing customers
- Pioneer best practice for the growth and engagement of our database, in line with changing privacy laws
- Manage social media strategy to increase both followers and engagement, and develop Caparison’s online personality
- Report on success of activity aligned with KPIs and business requirements
Senior Marketing Specialist Requirements:
- Min 3 year digital marketing experience
- Confident and proven copy-writer
- Strong understanding of GDPR
- Proven experience of e-marketing with use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud a distinct advantage.
- Good telephone and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, Flexible and Professional.
