Role Overview:
This Senior HR Business Partner role is a pivotal position within a small, high-performing HR team. Acting as the lead HR contact for a key business area, you will combine strategic influence with hands-on delivery, driving performance, capability, and culture. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will shape people initiatives while ensuring effective day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities of the Senior HRBP:

  • Lead on all HR activity for your business area, providing commercially focused and pragmatic advice to stakeholders
  • Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure fair, consistent, and compliant processes
  • Partner with managers on recruitment, workforce planning, and capability development
  • Drive people initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement across HR processes and systems

Requirements of the Senior HRBP:

  • Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong employee relations expertise, including handling complex cases
  • Ability to influence, challenge, and coach senior stakeholders effectively
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
