We’re looking for an experienced Sales Performance Analyst to join a fast-growing organisation. This is a full-time hybrid position (2 - 3 days per week in the Exeter area, the rest from home).
The Role:
As the Sales Performance Analyst, you’ll be responsible for driving commercial performance, acting as the bridge between Sales and Finance to deliver data-driven insights and support decision-making.
Sales Performance Analyst Responsibilities:
- Lead and improve sales forecasting, reporting and pipeline analysis
- Monitor pricing, margins and profitability, providing actionable insights
- Oversee CRM process governance and data quality
- Support contract reviews, deal structures and commercial governance
- Produce dashboards and reports for senior leadership on sales performance
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analytics and processes
Sales Performance Analyst Lead Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Finance or Sales Support within a subscription environment
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and data analysis skills (advanced Excel essential)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented and proactive with a commercial mindset
