The UK's leading B2B wholesaler is looking to add a Sales Coordinator to their team. As a sales Coordinator you will handle customer enquiries via phone and email, calculating and providing quotes for both one-off and large orders. Your goal will be to secure business from customers while maintaining profit margins.

Working hours 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday, Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days a week in the Willand Office (upon completion of the probationary period)

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities include: -

  • Manage incoming customer enquiries and compile necessary information to produce accurate quotes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to generate new and repeat orders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Quotes & Pricing Manager to secure orders.
  • Record quote information for future analysis.
  • Follow up with customers on quotes provided and document reasons for unsuccessful quotes

Sales Coordinator Requirements include: -

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for detailed reporting and analysis.
  • Mathematical accuracy and competence with numbers.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
