Following sustained and successful growth, our client seeks a Sales Administrator to join their team in Exeter. As a Sales Administrator, you will be in the hub of a busy and vibrant sales team acting as the first point of contact for customers.
This role offers flexibility in its hours, covering Monday – Friday 08:30-17:30 37.5 hours per week.
Sales Administrator Responsibilities include:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers
- Completion of the sales order process, from quote to picking documentation
- Answer inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
- High levels of customer service
- Additional office management tasks
Sales Administrator Requirements include:
- Previous Sales experience would be advantageous
- Good experience with Sage accounts software or similar
- Excellent admin and time management skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Confident in talking to customers on the phone.
