Role Overview:
This is a true hunter role focused on winning new business and driving recurring revenue growth within the MSP space. You will lead with Managed Services as the primary engagement model, building long-term strategic partnerships rather than selling transactional projects.

As the Sales Consultant, you will be taking a consultative, value-led approach, uncovering genuine business challenges and guiding prospects towards commercially sound, outcome-focused decisions.

This is not an account management or renewals role, but a position for a driven new business professional who enjoys opening doors and owning the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities of the Sales Consultant:

  • Proactively generate and convert new business opportunities within the SME and mid-market space
  • Lead structured consultative sales meetings, uncovering business pain and positioning Managed Services as the preferred solution
  • Drive contracted recurring revenue through new Managed Service agreements
  • Develop and present outcome-focused proposals covering managed services, professional services and infrastructure
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting and clear ownership of deal progression
  • Manage opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature

Requirements of the Sales Consultant:

  • Proven MSP sales experience (essential)
  • Demonstrable track record of winning new Managed Service contracts
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to challenge and influence decision-makers
  • Commercial awareness across recurring revenue and project-based sales models
  • Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable operating in a new business, target-driven hunter environment
  • Full UK driving licence
