Our client, A high-growth technology company, based in Exeter, is seeking a motivated Sales Associate – Multi-Lingual to join their team playing a vital role in the sales funnel by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to generate sales opportunities for the Commercial Team.
The role requires you to be fluent, both spoken and written, in one of the following languages: German, Spanish or French.
This role offers Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days a week in the Exeter Office.
Responsibilities for the Sales Associate include:
- Contact UK and European fleet and technology prospects to arrange meetings for the Sales Team to demonstrate technology
- Make 30+ outbound calls daily, scheduling at least twelve qualified meetings per month, working to achieve defined KPI’s focusing on "Meetings Booked & Attended" target.
- Communicate with prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media to arrange meetings
Role Requirements for the Sales Associate:
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Fluentcy in spoken and written German, French or Spanish Language
- Demonstrable success in developing strategies for prospecting, negotiating, and converting opportunities
- Proficiency in using computer and IT tools, including the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in utilising CRM and sales tools; have an understanding of UK and GM sales regulations, frameworks and compliance requirements would be advantageous
