Summary:
Our client is looking to recruit a Sales and Planning Analyst concentrating specifically on French and German markets. This role’s duties will include preparing financial forecasts and suggesting product purchase orders. The ideal candidate will be a highly numerate individual with a strong work ethic and sound attention to detail.
What will you be doing as a Sales & Planning Analyst:
- Engaging in monthly variance reporting on both forecasts and actual sales.
- Collaborating with the sales team in order to create accurate forecasts based on previously conducted analysis.
- Submitting PO cancellation requests to operations, so as to avoid over-commitment in terms of stock.
- Aiding in the preparation of reports for monthly Consensus Forecast Reviews (CFR process).
- Suggesting product purchase orders based on forecast and sales data analysis.
- Engaging in forecast maintenance for French and German markets, including the gathering of data from sales teams quickly and efficiently.
Skills/Qualifications of a Sales & Planning Analyst:
- A highly numerate candidate with strong attention to detail.
- An individual who is highly organised, self-motivated and uses their initiative well.
- Somebody who works well in a team.
- Someone who is analytical, solution oriented and capable of dealing with an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
