Do you have previous administration and customer service experience? Are you looking for a new role within a leading global retailer? We’re currently recruiting for a Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our client’s Exeter-based team.

Sales & Logistics Coordinator responsibilities include: -

  • Receive and process customer orders, queries, credit requests and information requests
  • Effectively support the Sales team by providing accurate information
  • Liaise with the company's third-party suppliers in respect of customer requirements

Sales & Logistics Coordinator requirements include: -

  • Proven customer service administration experience
  • Strong team-working abilities
  • Solution driven
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
