Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis with an immediate start. Supporting both the sales and sales support teams, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicle administration is completed accurately and efficiently. This position would suit someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting the delivery of excellent customer service.
Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and sales support teams across vehicle sales processes
- Maintain accurate CRM and vehicle records, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant
- Assist with vehicle invoicing, taxation, and registration processes during busy periods
- Handle incoming calls and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination across department
Requirements for the Sales Administrator:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a sales or commercial environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a customer-focused approach
