They are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Sales Support teams, ensuring documentation, CRM records and compliance processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent organisation, attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Sales Support teams
- Maintain and audit digital records post-delivery
- Update CRM systems and maintain data accuracy
- Support compliance processes and internal procedures
- Process online documentation and records
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally
Requirements of the Sales Administrator:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role
- Strong IT literacy including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within a busy environment
