£50k - £60k DOE | Hybrid / Remote | Exeter

A specialist e-commerce solutions company, based in Exeter, is seeking a Revenue Manager to help deliver clear and effective product documentation.

The role offers a hybrid or remote working model with regular access to the Exeter HO, Monday – Friday 9-5:30.

Responsibilities of the Revenue Manager:

  • Client Support & Revenue Optimisation: Guide clients on maximising commercial opportunities via our Marketplace e-commerce platform, develop tactical online pricing and revenue forecasts using our advanced tools and data analytics, and monitor and analyse competitor activity to refine forecasts and budgets
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting and re-forecasting process for commercial services
  • Analytical & Scenario-Based Analysis: Develop scenario-based analyses and business cases for rate change proposals and create comprehensive financial forecasts for tender processes and new business opportunities
  • Stakeholder management: Maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including commercial operations, marketing, and finance teams and Present regular performance updates and insights to clients and internal teams

Requirements of the Revenue Manager:

  • Proven experience in online pricing and revenue management techniques.
  • Familiarity with yield management and revenue optimisation for online booking systems.
  • Proficiency in using Business Intelligence tools for insight development and reporting.
  • Expertise in designing and managing annual budgets and re-forecasting processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create actionable insights.
