Our client, a reputable, forward-thinking law firm, is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive to join the team in its Exeter office. The role will be centered around undertaking a wide range of Residential Property transactions. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years PQE gained within Residential Property/Residential Conveyancing.
What will you be doing as a Residential Property Solicitor?
- Dealing with a wide and varied caseload of Residential Property transactions.
- Encouraging the development of skills and knowledge across the team.
- Engaging in business development activities and networking opportunities for the firm.
Skills/Qualifications of a Residential Property Solicitor:
- You should ideally be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE gained within the fields of Residential Property/Residential Conveyancing.
- You will be an excellent communicator with proven technical and organisational skills, and you will be accustomed to working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines
- You will have a keen eye for detail, you will be meticulous and thorough in your work
- You will be able to demonstrate your ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients, and show a genuine commitment to their business needs
- You will be self-motivated and ambitious, and you will be keen to expand your knowledge and experience
