Residential Property Paralegal (1092)

Our client, a dynamic and reputable Law firm, is searching for a Residential Property Paralegal to join their team in Exeter on a full-time, permanent basis. Your role will be centered around providing all-round Legal Support to Fee Earners. You will possess some previous property experience, and you will be highly organised.

What will you be doing as a Residential Property Paralegal?

• Providing Legal Support to Fee Earners including preparing and issuing contract papers, submitting searches.
• Dealing with email and telephone enquiries, contract exchanges as well as post completion work.

Skills/Qualifications of a Residential Property Paralegal:

• Ideally, you will have some previous experience as a paralegal in a property role.
• You will be highly motivated, pro-active, and well organised.
• You will be adaptable with a ‘can-do’ attitude and an ability to adjust to the requirements of the tasks facing you.
• Excellent IT skills and an ability to work under pressure are essential.
