Cathedral Appointments has a fantastic new vacancy for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a local law firm based in their Axminster office. In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with all aspects of a varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, from start to completion
- Running your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Undertaking marketing and business development where possible in order to promote the firm, the department and yourself as a specialist in the local market
Requirements:
- You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained specifically within Residential Conveyancing
- You will be confident to run your own caseload
- You will be organised, proactive and client focussed
- You will have excellent IT skills
