Summary:
Our client, a highly regarded Law firm based in Exeter, is on the lookout for a Residential Conveyancer to join its Real Estate team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will assist clients in both the sale and purchase of residential property. You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years PQE to your name.
What will you be doing as a Residential Conveyancer?
- Managing your own caseload of residential property matters including but not limited to sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, shared-ownership transactions and assents.
- Consistently delivering exceptional client service.
- Supervising and mentoring the more junior members of the team.
Skills/Qualifications of a Residential Conveyancer:
- You will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years PQE.
- Some previous team leader or line management experience would be advantageous.
- You should be an expert in residential property with a demonstrable track record of assisting clients in various property transactions.
- You will have good commercial acumen and the ability to further the firm’s reputation through delivering exceptional client service.
