Cathedral Appointments has a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a very well-established law firm in Crewkerne. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. There is an established caseload and lots of work available. Our client will consider someone on a full-time or a part-time basis. There will also be some flexibility surrounding home and office working. The right candidate will be offered a highly competitive salary.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Residential Conveyancing team with their busy caseload
- Running your own files of Residential Conveyancing matters from start to completion
- Undertaking business development and networking opportunities in order to promote the firm and your services
Requirements:
- You will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer, ideally with a minimum of 5 years' PQE but less experience will also be considered
- You will either be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- You will be a motivated team player with excellent communication skills
- You will be able to run your own caseload of matters
- You will have strong IT skills
