Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Relationship Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, drive business growth, and identify new revenue opportunities.

Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm, earlier finish on a Friday!

Salary raising to £26k after probation- with the potential of £12k OTE from a company bonus scheme


  • Manage a variety of clients, providing support and guidance to achieve their business goals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Distribution, Team Manager, and Business Development team to develop and implement client engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.


  • 2+ years' experience in telecommunications or energy sales with corporate clients
  • Proven track record in client management and retention
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong understanding of business principles and commercial awareness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


  • £25k starting salary, rising to £26k after probation with the potential of £12k OTE from a company bonus scheme.
  • 26 holidays plus bank holidays
  • Monday to Friday 9-5 with 1 hour for lunch
