The Role: As a Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for sourcing and engaging with potential candidates across a wide range of sectors. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with candidates (mostly over the phone or on MS Teams) to understand their current position, future needs, and other relevant information.
- Utilising internal and external sources (e.g., our database and LinkedIn) to find suitable candidates for active roles.
- Developing your skills and understanding of the regional job market and roles within it.
Outcomes: Your efforts will contribute to the successful placement of quality candidates in roles for our clients.
Person Specification: To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Work Location: Our office is in Exeter, with a hybrid working model allowing effective home and office working.
