The Role: As a Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher, you will be a crucial part of our team, responsible for sourcing and engaging with potential candidates. Key responsibilities include:
- Utilising internal and external sources (e.g., our database and LinkedIn) to find suitable candidates for active roles.
- Engaging with candidates through various mediums (phone, email, text, messenger) to understand their current positions, future needs, and other relevant information.
- Maintaining a clear audit trail of candidate engagement in our Application Tracking System (ATS).
- Logging all candidate, job, and client activities on the ATS.
Outcomes: Your efforts will contribute to the successful placement of quality candidates in roles for our clients.

Work Location: Our office is in Exeter, with a hybrid working model allowing effective home and office working.
