Responsibilities
- Work alongside Recruitment Consultants to resource suitable candidates for job roles across CV databases, LinkedIn Recruiter and social media
- Work innovatively to attract passive job seekers, proactively seeking out potential talent
- Establish relationships with job seekers and maintain contact throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct telephone pre-registration and screening checks
- Assess CV’s and skill match candidates to vacancies
- Diary management of scheduled calls and interviews with consultants
- Utilising social media to promote exciting opportunities to potential candidates as well as engaging with job seekers
Skills
- Research skills
- Good IT and database skills - ability to learn new systems
- Experienced using social media including Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine passion for high-level service and helping people
- Keen to learn and not easily phased by taking on a new challenge!

As a Recruitment Resourcer, your goal will be to source suitable candidates for our jobs through a variety of platforms and nurture relationships with candidates from the beginning to end of the recruitment process.
