Join our Exeter-based team as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in IT, Engineering, and Sustainability. Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source, screen, and manage high-caliber candidates across IT, Engineering, and Sustainability sectors.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
- Proven experience in Recruitment, ideally within IT, Engineering, or Sustainability sectors.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering results.
