Summary:
Our client, a prestigious, pioneering law firm, is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor/Legal Executive on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in a beautiful location in Bristol, your duties will encompass a wide range of Real Estate legal services for an incredibly varied client base. You will be either an NQ Solicitor/Legal Executive or a Solicitor/Legal Executive with up to 2 years PQE (ideally with experience in Commercial Property/Real Estate).
This role will be office based, but you will be expected to engage with software such as MS teams to communicate with lawyers who are working remotely. This firm prioritises a friendly, supportive working environment and engagement in high quality, high value work.
Responsibilities include:
- Representing acclaimed regional and national developers, housing associations, investment companies, waste operators and local authorities.
- Overseeing a caseload which includes commercial and residential developments, regeneration projects, energy and waste projects, education property investment, self-invested pension schemes, healthcare and retail franchising.
Requirements:
- An NQ Solicitor/Legal Executive or a Solicitor/Legal Executive with up to 2 years PQE
- You will have some Commercial Property/Real Estate experience or at least exposure to Property work within your training
- Exemplary communication skills and an ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships with clients.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- An ability to meet challenging deadlines with ease.
- Self-motivation and a continuous desire to help to grow and develop the business.
- Proficiency in a foreign language (advantageous).
