Cathedral Appointments has a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join the Residential Development team of a highly reputable firm in Bristol.
Responsibilities:
- You will focus predominantly on residential development work dealing with a client base comprising of a mix of large, medium and small housebuilders, land promoters and landowners
- You will be responsible for dealing with complex high quality, high value work and will be afforded high levels of responsibility from the outset
- You will play an integral role in business development and be focused on developing the firms’ Residential Development department
- You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained specifically within Real Estate/Commercial Property
- You will be an excellent communicator with proven technical and organisational skills and you will be accustomed to working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines
- You will already have a firm grounding in Real Estate Development work and a strong interest in the housebuilding sector
- You will have a keen eye for detail, you will be meticulous and thorough in your work, with experience in acting for a range of clients
- You will be able to demonstrate your ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients, and show a genuine commitment to their business needs
- You will be self-motivated and ambitious, and you will be keen to expand your knowledge and experience
- You will be up to date regarding the latest policy developments affecting the sector and you will demonstrate a genuine interest and enthusiasm for your work.
