Cathedral Appointments has a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a reputable and well-established law firm based in Wells. The ideal candidate will have extensive Commercial Property experience and be looking to continue their career with a local, friendly firm.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • You will deal with a general Commercial Property caseload
  • You will be able to run your own caseload of matters
  • You will undertake business development in order to continue building the department and you will market yourself, the firm and the department where possible

 

Requirements:

 

  • You will be a qualified Solicitor with specific Commercial Property experience  
  • You will be a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
  • You will be professional and organised
  • You will have exceptional communication skills and proven client care skills
