Join a rapidly expanding estate agent based in Exeter, Exmouth, and East Devon. Ideal for someone with previous experience of Property Management or Letting Agent, but may also suit the right go-getting candidate at the start of their career.
Property Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties within the South West.
- Preparing and maint the annual service charge budget.
- Administering terms of the lease and ensuring that all covenants are upheld, and legislation complied with.
Property Manager Requirements:
- The ability to work as part of a team, and on own initiative.
- A cool head and a good sense of humour are a must!
- An understanding of construction, maintenance, and health & safety will be helpful.
