Summary:
Our client, a well-respected Law firm, is on the search for a Property Litigation Lawyer to join their Dispute Resolution team in Exeter. Your role will be centered around overseeing your own caseload of Property Litigation matters. You should be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years' PQE in Property Litigation.
What will you be doing as a Property Litigation Lawyer?
- Managing your own day to day caseload of a broad range of Property Litigation matters.
- Acting for landlords and leaseholders assisting with statutory lease extension and enfranchisement claims.
- Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships.
- Attempting to promote the firm in order to further its business development.
Skills/Qualifications of a Property Litigation Lawyer:
- You should be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive who possesses sound experience in Property Litigation.
- You should possess some prior experience of managing a small team.
- You will be eager to keep updated with changes and developments in the law.
- Your excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential in this role.
