Cathedral Appointments is looking to recruit a widely experienced Property Fee Earner to join a progressive, cutting-edge Law firm on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in a beautiful Axminster location, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload and dealing with a large variety of Property matters. You should be a Legal Executive or a Solicitor. You should have a variety of experience which has been gained in Residential, Agricultural and/or Commercial Property.
What will you be doing as a Property Fee Earner?
- Dealing with a range of Property matters in the areas of Residential, Agricultural and/or Commercial Property.
- Collaborating with other departments in the firm as and when is necessary.
- Engaging in business development and marketing opportunities in order to promote yourself, your department and the wider firm.
- Travelling to other offices in the region when required.
Skills/Qualifications:
- You should be a qualified Legal Executive or a Solicitor with experience gained in the Residential, Agricultural and/or Commercial Property sectors.
- You will have a prior experience of undertaking business development and marketing.
- You will be an ambitious and driven individual with a proactive approach to work.
- You will have a full, clean UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
