Role Overview: 
The Property & Compliance Coordinator is a varied, hands-on role responsible for coordinating property maintenance, compliance, and refurbishment activities across a residential estate. You will play a key role in ensuring properties remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained, working closely with contractors, occupants, and internal stakeholders. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administration and practical coordination. 

Responsibilities of the Property & Compliance Coordinator: 

  • Coordinate day-to-day repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors and occupants to ensure timely completion  
  • Manage statutory compliance processes, including scheduling inspections and maintaining accurate records  
  • Oversee void property works and support re-letting preparation  
  • Assist with refurbishment projects, tracking budgets and providing progress updates  

Requirements of the Property & Compliance Coordinator: 

  • Previous experience in property coordination, maintenance, or compliance-focused roles  
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines  
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with contractors and occupants  
  • Good attention to detail, particularly in record-keeping and compliance documentation
