Role Overview:
We are seeking a Production Assistant to support the completion of two large customer orders over a two-week period. This hands-on role involves a variety of light production and packaging tasks, requiring excellent attention to detail and good manual dexterity. Working as part of a small team, you will help ensure products are prepared to the highest standards for a high-end client.
Responsibilities of the Production Assistant:
- Assemble and prepare packaging materials, including boxes and trays.
- Complete light production tasks such as stamping, gluing, and product assembly.
- Carefully package small items in line with quality standards.
- Support the team in meeting project deadlines and customer requirements.
Requirements of the Production Assistant:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Good hand coordination and confidence handling small items.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team.
- Previous production, packing, assembly, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
