Are you a commercially-minded Product Manager with a creative flair and a passion for developing innovative, retail-ready consumer products? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your ideas and influence make a tangible impact? This role is pivotal in driving new product development, managing customer accounts, and delivering commercially successful product ranges. You'll take the lead in bringing new concepts to life, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Product Manager:
- Lead product development and innovation across existing and emerging categories
- Manage customer accounts, driving communication and delivery
- Collaborate with Far East sourcing partners and internal teams to bring ideas to life
- Own timelines, costings and critical paths to ensure smooth, profitable execution
What We’re Looking For in the Product Manager:
- Product development experience in consumer goods (FMCG, retail or related sectors)
- Strong project management, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
- Great communicator who builds trust with customers and internal teams
- Ideally with experience of working with Far East suppliers and global sourcing
