The Role
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a progressive and growing team. Working closely with the Partners, you’ll handle a varied and interesting caseload of private client matters, while benefiting from a collaborative culture and strong regional reputation.
Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Lawyer:
- Manage a diverse caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, and Trust & Inheritance Tax Planning.
- Deliver high-quality, tailored advice with empathy and professionalism to a wide range of clients.
- Engage in business development, building trusted relationships with clients and referrers across the region.
- Contribute to the wider firm’s success through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and cross-referrals.
Requirements of the Private Client Lawyer:
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced fee earner with private client expertise.
- Solid knowledge of non-contentious private client work and current legislation.
- Strong client care skills with a compassionate and detail-oriented approach.
- Enthusiastic, proactive team player with excellent organisational and networking abilities.
