IT Support Engineer
Our client, a leader in innovation in system integration solutions, are looking to recruit a Post Sales IT Support Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional to be part of a spectacular company and provide support to high-end clients with their specific hardware needs.
IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:
- Technical support to our customers, partners, and Sales Team, with a specific focus on EMEA
- Provide key Assistance and complex troubleshooting for all technical support and queries
- Address business challenges and maintain up to date market knowledge
IT Support Engineer Requirements:
- Experience in providing remote support for users and systems. Resolution of technical issues via the phone, email, and online ticketing
- An understanding of IP Networking (TCP/IP and UDP/IP)
- Knowledge of computer hardware and OS (Windows/Linux/macOS), application installations, and technical support technologies
- VMware experience and knowledge of GPU Hardware (NVIDIA, AMD) would be beneficial
- An understanding of PCoIP, Citrix, and other remoting protocols would be beneficial
