The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Personal Injury Fee Earner to join a well-regarded Litigation Department. Working closely with the Head of Litigation, this position offers a diverse and stimulating caseload of MOJ Portal, Fast Track, and Intermediate Track claims, with opportunities to assist on more complex Multi-Track cases.

This is an excellent chance for a motivated individual to handle quality work in a busy team while being supported to develop their professional profile and progress their career.

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Fee Earner:

  • Manage a varied caseload of Personal Injury matters including MOJ Portal, Fast Track, and Intermediate Track claims.
  • Assist the Partner on high-value and complex Multi-Track cases.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear, empathetic communication and efficient case management.
  • Contribute to business development and networking activities to grow the firm’s presence in the region.

Requirements of the Personal Injury Fee Earner:

  • Proven experience handling Fast Track and Intermediate Track Personal Injury claims.
  • Confidence in dealing with clients and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage workload independently.
  • Full driving licence and access to a car to support client meetings and inter-office collaboration.
