The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Personal Injury Fee Earner to join a well-regarded Litigation Department. Working closely with the Head of Litigation, this position offers a diverse and stimulating caseload of MOJ Portal, Fast Track, and Intermediate Track claims, with opportunities to assist on more complex Multi-Track cases.

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Injury Fee Earner:
- Manage a varied caseload of Personal Injury matters including MOJ Portal, Fast Track, and Intermediate Track claims.
- Assist the Partner on high-value and complex Multi-Track cases.
- Build strong client relationships through clear, empathetic communication and efficient case management.
- Contribute to business development and networking activities to grow the firm’s presence in the region.
Requirements of the Personal Injury Fee Earner:
- Proven experience handling Fast Track and Intermediate Track Personal Injury claims.
- Confidence in dealing with clients and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage workload independently.
- Full driving licence and access to a car to support client meetings and inter-office collaboration.
