Role Overview:
We are looking for an organised and tech-savvy People Services Coordinator (L&D) to join our client on a three-month temporary assignment. Working within a supportive People Services team, you will play an important role in HR administration, Learning & Development and employee lifecycle support.
A key focus will be supporting the implementation and ongoing administration of a new Learning Management System (LMS), helping to improve processes, automate workflows and enhance the delivery of learning across the organisation. You will also maintain accurate HR records, support compliance and provide a professional first point of contact for managers and colleagues.
Responsibilities of the People Services Coordinator (L&D):
- Support the implementation, administration and optimisation of the LMS, including workflows and Learning & Development processes.
- Maintain accurate HR data and employee records, ensuring information is managed in line with internal processes and relevant legislation.
- Guide and train managers on effectively using the newly implemented LMS.
- Provide wider People Services support, including HR administration, recruitment, employee lifecycle activity, compliance and People projects.
Requirements of the People Services Coordinator (L&D):
- Previous HR and Learning & Development experience within a similar People Services, HR Coordinator or L&D Coordinator role.
- CIPD Level 5, or CIPD Level 3 with progression towards Level 5, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Experience using an LMS, HRIS, ATS or other HR technology, databases and software-based processes, with strong Microsoft Office 365 skills.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and work collaboratively.
