The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to take a strategic role within the People Leadership team, shaping and delivering the people agenda across a diverse and dynamic workforce. Working closely with senior leadership, this person will play a key role in supporting organisational development, driving engagement and retention, and ensuring the organisation is well-positioned for future success.

This FTC role offers the chance to influence meaningful change and be part of a values-driven culture where people genuinely come first.

Responsibilities of the People Business Partner include:

  • Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that support business goals.
  • Lead and influence organisational change initiatives, embedding strong engagement and capability building.
  • Coach and support managers on talent planning, performance, and employee experience.
  • Drive the delivery of workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

Requirements of the People Business Partner include:

  • Proven HR Business Partnering or senior people leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification, with strong employment law knowledge.
  • Demonstrable expertise in organisational change and talent development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
