Role:
This is a hands-on and varied opportunity for a Parts Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of a busy parts and logistics department. The role plays a key part in ensuring aircraft components are accurately processed, controlled, and dispatched, supporting operational, maintenance, and sales activities. It will suit someone organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Responsibilities of the Parts Logistics Coordinator:
- Process, receive, and move parts accurately, including quarantine, repairs, returns, and stock control
- Support picking, packing, dispatch, and preparation of shipping documentation for UK and international orders
- Assist with inventory updates, goods receiving, and general stores administration
- Work closely with internal teams to support operational and logistics requirements
Requirements of the Parts Logistics Coordinator:
- Strong attention to detail with good IT and administrative skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to handle and move components as required
- Full UK driving licence and a reliable, organised approach to work
