The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to assist in the Litigation Department, working closely with the Head of Litigation. Ideally, we are seeking a Junior P.I. Lawyer, but candidates with general litigation experience will also be considered. The role offers exposure to a variety of cases, including MOJ Portal, Fast Track, and Intermediate Track claims, with opportunities to assist on more complex Multi-Track matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Litigation team with Personal Injury and general litigation matters.
- Assist on MOJ Portal, Fast Track, and Intermediate Track claims, with potential involvement in Multi-Track cases.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court forms.
- Build strong client relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
- Contribute to the efficient running of the department and assist with business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in Personal Injury or broader litigation matters is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and colleagues professionally.
- Proactive, motivated, and keen to develop legal expertise.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle to attend client meetings and office locations.
