A well-established and respected law firm is looking to expand its specialist Property Litigation team. The Role: 

This is a great opportunity for an aspiring legal professional to build hands-on experience within property litigation as a Paralegal. Whether you are an experienced Paralegal or currently working in a legal support role, you will play an important role in supporting fee earners, managing casework, and ensuring clients receive an outstanding service. This role offers strong development potential, including exposure to a wide range of litigation matters. 

Responsibilities of the Paralegal:  

  • Assist with the preparation of court documents and correspondence throughout case progression.  
  • Liaise with clients and third parties by phone and email, providing clear and professional communication.  
  • Manage case files from instruction, ensuring all procedures are handled efficiently and accurately.  
  • Provide proactive support to fee earners, helping to deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service. 

Requirements of the Paralegal:  

  • Experience as a Paralegal (desirable) or within a legal support or office-based role, ideally with an interest in litigation.  
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive, long-lasting relationships.  
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple caseloads and work accurately under pressure.  
  • Confident IT user, quick to learn new systems, and committed to producing high-quality work
