The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to become part of a busy, collaborative team. Working onsite in Exeter, you’ll support fee earners with client-focused legal work, contributing to cases that make a difference in people’s lives

A DBS check is required as part of the onboarding

Responsibilities for the Paralegal include:

  • Provide direct Paralegal support to fee earners within the Dispute Resolution and Personal Injury team
  • Manage client files, acting as a first point of contact for clients and providing updates
  • Handle first-contact calls and deliver excellent client care in line with firm procedures
  • Support the wider team with a range of tasks as required

Requirements for the Paralegal include:

  • Previous experience in a legal support or Paralegal role is essential
  • Confident handling client communication both over the phone and in person
  • Organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high standards of client service
