The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to become part of a busy, collaborative team. Working onsite in Exeter, you’ll support fee earners with client-focused legal work, contributing to cases that make a difference in people’s lives
A DBS check is required as part of the onboarding
Responsibilities for the Paralegal include:
- Provide direct Paralegal support to fee earners within the Dispute Resolution and Personal Injury team
- Manage client files, acting as a first point of contact for clients and providing updates
- Handle first-contact calls and deliver excellent client care in line with firm procedures
- Support the wider team with a range of tasks as required
Requirements for the Paralegal include:
- Previous experience in a legal support or Paralegal role is essential
- Confident handling client communication both over the phone and in person
- Organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high standards of client service
