Our client, a reputable and prestigious law firm, is looking to recruit a Paralegal to join their Bristol based Real Estate department. The main purpose of the role will be to provide support to fee earners with a variety of Real Estate transactions. You should be completely dedicated to a career in Law, and you will always be willing to learn.
What will you be doing as a Real Estate Paralegal?
- Supporting fee earners with a range of Real Estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and property management work.
- Engaging with a multitude of Clients, including investors, lenders, developers, occupiers and housing associations.
Skills/Qualifications of a Real Estate Paralegal:
- You should be intent upon pursuing a career in Law and eager to expand and develop your knowledge.
- Ideally, you will already possess some Paralegal experience gained from working within a reputable Real Estate team. However, Law Graduates interested in pursuing a career in Real Estate will also be considered.
- You will be a quick learner with strong attention to detail and an ability to consistently deliver high quality work.
- You should ideally possess impeccable IT skills.
