Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Executive Headteacher. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional administrative, communication, and organisational skills, alongside the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive and administrative functions across the Federation, supporting senior leadership while helping to drive efficiency, communication, and engagement across multiple sites.

Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:

  • Provide high-level administrative and diary management support to the Executive Headteacher, ensuring priorities and deadlines are effectively managed.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, presentations and communications, and accurately record and track actions arising from meetings.
  • Lead and oversee administrative systems and processes across the Federation, including line management of administrative staff.
  • Support communications, governance, safeguarding, compliance, and stakeholder engagement activities across multiple sites.

Requirements of the Personal Assistant:

  • Previous experience in a senior administrative, PA, or executive support role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting correspondence and taking minutes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a professional, discreet, and highly confidential approach to work.
