Our client, a small yet fast-growing, unique business based in Exeter just off of J29 of the M5 are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their team. A company that prides itself on its values of being community-driven, ambitious, innovative and Environmentally friendly are looking for a like-minded, organised individual who is a confident and positive team-leader.

This role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week; Monday – Friday between 8 am – 6 pm flexible hours offered

Operations Coordinator Responsibilities include: -

The main duties (but not limited to) are the following: –

  • Effectively motivate a small team to meet production targets
  • Maintain company systems and paperwork in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Reporting to directors with all order status and production
  • Managing and attending events as required
  • Key-holder
  • Overseeing customer relations and delegating tasks

Operations Coordinator Requirements include: -

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Highly organised and can work autonomously – the ability to effectively multi-task
  • Proven experience in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Confident in using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in managing a team – a role model for best practice
  • Great communication skills and effective in working within a team
